Refund & Returns Policy
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase. As we deal in exclusive handloom products, we maintain strict guidelines.
1. No Return / No Exchange Policy
- As we deal in premium handloom silk products, we follow a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy.
- High-resolution images and videos are shared or available for every product to ensure full transparency before you buy.
- We request customers to clarify all doubts regarding colour, design, measurements, and weight before confirming the order.
2. Exceptions & Damages
Exceptions to the No Return policy are made ONLY in the following rare circumstances:
- If an entirely wrong product has been dispatched to you.
- If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect (please note: irregularities in handloom weaving are not considered defects; they are the hallmark of authentic hand craftsmanship).
In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery with an unboxing video. Without an unboxing video, claims for damage or missing items cannot be entertained.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
- Each saree is uniquely reserved and blocked for the customer immediately upon payment, making cancellations impossible.
4. Refunds
- If a return is approved under the "Exceptions" clause (wrong product/defect) after internal verification, a refund or exchange will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original source of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product in its original condition.
